Job title: Access Point Supervisor
Hours: 28 per week
Location: Oldham
Salary: £17,161 to £21519 per annum (pro rata), depending on experience
Type of contract: Fixed term until 30/06/12
We are looking for a confident, experienced supervisor to manage the practicalities of a busy gateway access point and support the development of a trainee session supervisor.
You will need to have recent and ongoing experience of general advice and gateway assessment work as you will be supervising and monitoring the quality of work produced by a small team of voluntary gateway assessors.
You should be comfortable working in a pressured environment, have an excellent approach to customer service and be skilled in supporting the development of others.
