Outreaches are held in seven health centres across the distict. The sessions are only accessible to registered patients of the health centre. We may also be able to arrange a home visit for people who may be unable to get to the health centre due to illness or infirmity.

Failsworth - Thursday 10:00 to 12:00
Limeside Clinic - Thursday 14:00 to 16:00
Fields New Road - Friday 09:30 to 11:30
