Other Access Points

Access Oldham in the Civic Centre has been our main face to face contact point for over 12 months. Monday to Friday, 9.30am - 1pm and 2 - 4pm.

Adviceline Call Centre

You can contact us by telephone on 0844 847 2638* Monday to Thursday, 9.30am - 4pm and on Fridays, 9.30am - 1pm. If you are calling from a mobile, please use 0300 330 0650 as this will be more cost effective for you.

When accessing our telephone service you will be given a number of options that may direct you to an alternative source of information provided by one of our advice partners. At particularly busy times, there may be some delay before you are put through to one of our advisers.

Online

You can find additional trusted self help advice from Citizens Advice at:

www.adviceguide.org.uk

*As this is a national service, the technology underpinning it uses your telephone number to identify your local bureau. Some local landlines, particularly those provided by Virgin Media, may not be recognised.

If you are not a resident of Oldham Metropolitan Borough, you can locate your nearest bureau at www.citizensadvice.org.uk

To find your nearest CAB and a link to online advice, text CAB and your postcode to 64446 with spaces, for example: CAB N1 9LZ

Texts cost the standard text message rate of your service provider.

This is not a subscription service.
