Oldham Citizens Advice Bureau hold a Legal Services Commission franchise in Debt.
 

Oldham CAB can advise and assist you on all aspects of debt and on the options available.

 

We can advise you face to face or by telephone, and can conduct home visits for our most vulnerable clients and those with special needs.

 

We can advise and assist on Debt Management Plans, IVAs, bankruptcy, Debt Relief Orders (DRO), bailiffs, court forms, creditor negotiation and repossessions including representation at court hearings. We do not charge any fees for this service.

 

The bureau also has a high success rate with applications on behalf of our clients to various charitable organisations including the United Utilities Trust fund.
