Oldham Citizens Advice Bureau is located in the heart of Oldham Town Centre and is the largest of our offices. The building is on two levels and has a total of six interview rooms, five on the ground floor and one on the first floor. There is a stair lift available for disabled access.

The general advice service is operated on the ground floor with the support and supervision of the Service Manager. It is a drop-in service and clients may be given an initial interview of a maximum time of 15 minutes to assess their needs after which they may need to see a general adviser, be referred to a specialist (either internal or external) or need to arrange a further appointment. Appointments other than for returning clients with pre-booked arrangements, are only available for people who cannot attend drop-in sessions (for example, people in full-time employment, carers and those with a disability which could prevent them from having to wait for lengthy periods).

Please note - The service is subject to the number of advisers available and the number of clients seen could be limited.
